JAMSHEDPUR: THE TOWN OF LOVE & BEAUTY

Last year in 34 hours our town had gone decades back. That town in whose air there was relief; in the words there was sweetness; there was love; talk was about peace; there was likeness for achieving the goals in life; suddenly it all changed…
What changed? It broke down into pieces, and don’t know how much time, how many years will be required to gather all those broken pieces.
But who will gather it? That person who came to my house to sweeten his mouth? That person threw stones at my house….
The talks between ‘us’ became like abyss. If ever any talks would have happened, it would have been between the illiterate people who were the main culprits to destroy the peace of this beautiful town. Those illiterates had no religion, no caste. Then why ‘we’ lost our caste and religion? Why did ‘we’ built a wall of hatred between us?
For years we supported brotherhood, we went to each others houses in each others respective festivals, we shared each others happiness and stood by each other in the hard times, but all these just vanished in just few minutes.
Why didn’t we think that the stone which we threw would hurt our own brothers. The blood which would come out would also be red in color? Why didn’t we think that the town which was known for its hard labour and which followed the proverb “United we stand, Divided we fall” and was known for it; is now being known for hatred?
If we would have thought for it just for a second, it would never have happened. So before we stop thinking about right and wrong, about the people of other religion that they are also humans like us, we should give the PROOF OF HUMANITY.
The people who love peace should come forward be it of any religion, any caste…. Why those people are so quiet? Why they are just seeing our town burning in the fire of hatred? Why don’t they come forward and stop those hands who have stones in them?
If not so much then at least they should help the government in acquiring peace. In these hard times when just a line of faith and trust can work wonders, some people are just spreading rumors….and those people should remember just one thing that the fire of rumor can burn their own house.
So come and make a promise to maintain the beauty of this town and bring back peace which this town had lost……..
